Once it is simmering on the Aga, the house is packed full of wonderful aromas, and the clink of preparing jam jars gets us all excited about the next batch…it’s a pure joy to bottle the magnificent dark amber stickiness, to see the jars glimmering, full of delicious yumminess!

The Pumpkin patch begins in April when we plant the seeds, prepare the land and for the rest of the summer, we are consumed by nurturing and tending to our crop so we can celebrate in October with gorgeous globes of orange pumpkins ready for Halloween… an essential for Trick or Treating.
