We are excited to offer you the chance to buy our own Brookleigh Farm, grass and corn fed Shorthorn beef produce. These are extensively finished cattle, which have been grazed on our farmland near the banks of the river Wharfe in Burley-in-Wharfedale. We focus on Shorthorn and other native breed cattle, which we believe will offer a superior product. Each box will contain 10 kilos of beef made up of a selection of roasting joints, steak, stewing meat, mince and burgers. The meat will be hung for up to 28 days, each item is vacuum packed and labelled by our butcher ready for dispatch. Delivery will be on a specified day and sent to you straight from the butcher. Alternatively, you can collect from our premises on the specified day (See below for more detailed information).

We produce our beef boxes fresh every 6 weeks and despatch our orders the very next day they become available.
It is important to note that if you order today, it will be held until the next batch is ready.
You can, of course, collect from us on the specified day. We will get in touch with you to let you know.
Note that we are unable to hold the product any longer on your behalf given the shelf life.
All deliveries will be left safe if you are out; this is fresh food so there will be no re-delivery and ideally someone will be available when delivered to accept.
You will receive a text/phone notification regarding your delivery from us. If you have delivery or leave safe instructions, please advise us when placing your order.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you can receive the parcel on your delivery date or that it can be left safe. If buying a gift, it is your responsibility to notify the recipient of the parcel’s arrival.
We cannot accept responsibility for addresses or dates provided incorrectly. A telephone number, preferably mobile, must be provided with the order.
Our beef boxes come in flat rectangular boxes. We vacuum pack most of our products contained within the box to help keep them fresh, so it travels without deteriorating. They are sent out freshly cut and packed so most products will have a 3 to 4 day best before upon receipt.
A £10 local delivery is available at checkout once you enter your address.
